Once your teeth reach that stage, you’ll receive a new and updated set of clear aligners to move your teeth to the next stage. This process happens repeatedly until your teeth are where they should be!
On average, patients only have to wear their clear aligners for 3 months to 2 years.
What is the after-treatment care?
The purpose is to help prevent your teeth from reverting back to their old formation. This is common as the teeth are no longer being forced into their current position so wearing your retainer is vital for maintain an aligned bite.
